Top Cap is fine. DO NOT USE A SCREW! but I don't think it takes you a day at a mechanical shop to find out that one Bolt is bad.Ordered this more for the top cap.I'm looking for more blue than purple so ordered some cheap top caps Try to find the right color.Other than that check out that stem bolt!I didn't have it anyway planning to use it based on the reviews and now especially when i see it collapsing in the middle?!?!?! i wouldn't trust the shank screw its length is also not long enough to fully tighten the star nut and to hold the steering column and everything in place.Luckily I have a better bolt (pictured for comparison) from another top cap kit I ordered.longer and little he brittle. I can already tell that if I use this screw it will break. I'm glad it only cost $8. Neither the top cap nor the screw would do me much good, I'm still looking for one with more teal glitter.
