I received this unit and bench tested it as recommended in the troubleshooting section of the product page. The buttons light up but the screen does not turn on. Reading the Q&A, this seems to be a common problem. I tried to enlist the help of Revain "experts" which were utterly useless. Whoever I spoke to obviously just read the script and had no idea how to hook up the car stereo. Send this unit back and spend a little more for better quality.
