Wanted to give five stars but
I am using a Viltrox DC70 field monitor on a camcorder. Power Source: PowerJunkie NPF power supply, which powers my camera, monitor and mic preamp. It "works", my monitor turns on in 9V mode and works fine. Unfortunately, this device adds an electrical "howl" to the audio depending on where the small package is placed. If I move the pack further away from the camera, the hum is minimal or disappears completely. In other cases, a howl is heard. That would be perfect if it didn't accidentally ruin the sound.
