Put it on my wife's scooter
My wife broke her leg and needed surgery. She was out on a scooter for 6 months to recover and was fed up with everyone getting in her way when she tried to walk. This call did it. When we were out in public, I could always find her by listening for the call. It was more polite than yelling them to leave, but loud enough to get people's attention and get them out of the way.
