I used this to seal the inside seams on my Green Mountain Grill pellet smoker. I've had fat dripping onto the bottom when using the high heat setting for baking as the fat tends to splatter against the sides and drip under the drip pan. So I cleaned the interior completely with Simple Green BBQ Cleaner (another great product by the way). I then used this to seal the bottom seams and corners. It applied like regular silicone sealant and was light enough to work with in hard-to-reach places. And the smells weren't bad either. They disappeared completely within a few days. I ran the smoker for an hour to ensure there was no residual odor. Since then I have had no problems cooking with it.
