Disappointing. fits pencils
I read so many good reviews about these pens that I decided to give them a try. The color palette is very wide and I really liked that the color of the pen body matches the color of the lead perfectly. They have been pre-sharpened, which is also a plus. Unfortunately, while others have said lead is soft, I found it extremely hard. More than any of my other pencils. I had to press quite hard to get some depth of color, which hurt my hands and fingers. Layering and shading was difficult to say the least. Unfortunately, the hardness of the lead and the resulting difficult handling of pencils hardly leave any traces in my book.
