Ordered on Friday they were there on Wednesday. They came with no instructions but after watching the video on You Tube my truck bed was back in the air in 3 hours. It was much easier and faster than I thought. And saved a lot of money. Make sure you have a good jack, it needs to be raised very high so the springs go in easily enough. A good fastening is also recommended. But I couldn't be happier. It comes with everything you need, that's just four things. You use whatever screws are already on your car. I'm always apprehensive about buying stuff like this but I'm so glad I did and I recommend it to everyone.
