Now that I have a 3 quart pot instead of a 2 quart pot, my chicken and rice taste a lot better. I can add more veggies and more variety makes the most delicious chicken and rice I have ever eaten. "Age" is defined by the years I thought my 2 quart pot was good enough. The steamer works great as a toast pan. you have to look at that of course. And the steamer is also the perfect sieve. With one handle I find it much more convenient to use than having handles on each side. I have balance problems so I have to hold onto something to get up. and two sieve handles don't count. Absolutely AMAZING set. I don't know why anyone returned the set but I'm glad they did because I got a huge discount on stock purchases. 11/17/2021 I love this 3 liter pot EVEN MORE. The handle stays very cold when I turn the pot over so the handle is on the stove side from the burner. My other heavier pots with cooling handles can't keep up!
