    Good quality Steamer compatible

    I have used this to melt chocolate and make desserts. The floor pan is sturdy and superior. The problem I had was that the steam from the bottom pan gets into the handle of the water bath because it's sacred so it's very hot and you can burn yourself on it. Too bad the handles aren't made of durable plastic.

    Check the seal on your pots before the return deadline

    The seal on these pots is a joke. They are not completely sealed with gaping holes that allow water and steam to seep not only into the air but into the stove's ear, so the amount of water that gets into the ear creates a horrible hiss. When I try to use them, steam and water come out the side of the pot rendering these pans unusable.

    Ease of use in pots and pans

    I've never had a steamer so I really didn't know how to use it. Unfortunately, there was no indication of how much water to add, so I'm guessing. I knew from the video that the water shouldn't touch the bottom of the top pot, but did that account for the water's bubbles as it boiled? I do not know. But I managed to steam a few items and both turned out great. I haven't melted chocolate in it yet, but I will eventually. The only thing I didn't like was the stains left on the bottom of the pan…

    My chicken and rice taste a lot better

    Now that I have a 3 quart pot instead of a 2 quart pot, my chicken and rice taste a lot better. I can add more veggies and more variety makes the most delicious chicken and rice I have ever eaten. "Age" is defined by the years I thought my 2 quart pot was good enough. The steamer works great as a toast pan. you have to look at that of course. And the steamer is also the perfect sieve. With one handle I find it much more convenient to use than having handles on each side. I have balance problems
