Good quality Steamer compatible
I have used this to melt chocolate and make desserts. The floor pan is sturdy and superior. The problem I had was that the steam from the bottom pan gets into the handle of the water bath because it's sacred so it's very hot and you can burn yourself on it. Too bad the handles aren't made of durable plastic.
