Review on Enhanced Dual Boiler & Steam Vessels for by Oscar Kaufman

I've never had a steamer so I really didn't know how to use it. Unfortunately, there was no indication of how much water to add, so I'm guessing. I knew from the video that the water shouldn't touch the bottom of the top pot, but did that account for the water's bubbles as it boiled? I do not know. But I managed to steam a few items and both turned out great. I haven't melted chocolate in it yet, but I will eventually. The only thing I didn't like was the stains left on the bottom of the pan after two uses. Didn't think to take a picture of the stains but if it happens again I'll update the review with some photos. Luckily I found a video that said to add some vinegar (I used white vinegar, just enough to cover the bottom of the pot) and enough water to cover the stain line. Then I let it sit overnight. The next morning I cleaned it with a non-scratch sponge and the stains were gone! All in all I am very satisfied with my first steamer purchase.
