Inexpensive and quality repair of a broken mirror.
I have a 2007 Pontiac G5. Someone rushed down our street and took out my mirror. i wasn't happy Luckily my mirrors fold forward, so miraculously the mechanism was working. It's just that part of the mirror flew out and broke. Don't ask how much the car service charges to replace the mirror. Also, don't try to find it at your local auto parts store - for some reason you won't. I was able to scrape the broken mirror off the plastic template and attach it directly to it. Reconnected and it's perfect. There are no problems with it and it is no different from my other mirror.
