Everything exceeded my expectations. I wasn't expecting to get real Nutribulet parts in a Nutribulet box, but I did. 5 brand new parts in one box. they are clean. no damage to the items or the box. and I bought it during the price drop for only $11! couldn't be happier with my purchase. In fact, even $20 is worth buying something you've invested in to improve your health, to be honest. I don't know why people leave negative 1 star reviews on an amazon supported product knowing the product will be replaced or refunded because they are unhappy with it. I'm just saying.
