Review on Fyre Flys 8 Piece White LED Interior Lights for 🚗 Toyota RAV4 (2016-2021) - Super Bright 6000K & Easy Install Tool Included by Jeb Moorehead

(this was on the 2021 Rav4 XLE Premium Hybrid) They're generally brighter than stock with no glare. I needed lights that I could turn on at night while driving and not get distracted but actually see nooks and crannies at night as opposed to the horrible lights that come with the kit. They're about as bright as standard vanity mirror lights, which are the brightest interior lights, only pure white. The other standard lights were dimmer, which is a nice improvement. And the color is MUCH better. You might want to make the cargo light a little brighter, but the dome lights up most of the cargo area and this light is still an improvement. Get a cheap set of plastic finishing tools, or try the included tool, which can be quite soft to the touch but can do the trick. Find a YouTube video for each light source, watch it, then rip it off. Apparently, unless you have a panoramic sunroof instead of a regular sunroof, you can only pry off the map display covers, not the entire console. I only did covers and I have a regular sunroof. Pry off the inside edge. They will come out with some effort as if broken, but they will not break. To light a vanity, pry up the left side at a time, insert the tool just fairly deep, and you'll slide the white plastic tab out of the way and drop the left half of the lid far enough to turn off the bulb. The dome should pop out immediately if you pry the lid open a little. Do not look under the rim around the lid, just look at the lid. He has to jump out. The charging light assembly is easy to take out, but you'll need to remove the gray plastic cover inside. After pulling the knot out, pull the knot out just enough so you don't lose the wire in the hole and disconnect the white connector. gray cover through a small hole big enough to slide the cover through, push out the tabs on both sides and pry them off. There is a video from Morozov Automotive showing this. Check all lights for function before replacing the covers. If they don't work, rotate them 180 degrees. Remember that if the visor is moved too far towards the windshield, the makeup light switch will turn off. If for any reason you break the cap, just get a replacement from your Toyota dealer, but I doubt you'll need that if you're careful. These LEDs will dim and turn off as at the factory. Don't bother with those awful dim orange lightbulbs. Let's hope Toyota wakes up and starts putting LEDs in their new cars.
