Review on 🌈 Enhance Your Arduino and Raspberry Pi Projects with KOOKYE Lilypad LEDs (25x Lilypad LED) in Red/Yellow/White/Blue/Green Variants by Devin Lee

A unique twist on DIY projects.

I own several 3D printers as a hobby and one of my hobbies is designing, printing and assembling 3D printed LED lights. I've wanted to try SMD LEDs in a fixture for a long time, but can't bring myself to take apart one of the many LED strips I have lying around. These Lilypad LEDs are perfect for me in that regard. They are designed to be attached to thin surfaces that may or may not be rigid and I find them much easier to solder than standard strip LEDs. two inches long and 5/8 inch wide. Very easy to put in your pocket. Although I don't do cosplay or anything like that, sometimes I try to learn how to program for Arduino boards and I have one to practice on. Save a few of these for use in tandem with the Arduino. Also, I appreciate the fact that the LEDs are attached to each other when you receive them (they match in color), so if you clumsily open the box and see the LEDs fly like I almost did, no need to hunt for tiny, individual LEDs. If you need an LED, just grab it with tweezers or needle-nose pliers and twist out to pull it out. Easy to use individually, the forward voltage for them is listed right there so I didn't have to do any research to find out what voltage I could safely run through them. I'm glad I stumbled across them and they open up new possibilities for me to create unique LED lights!
