Honestly I don't know how I used to live without this herbal tooth powder. I will be even more honest and say that my dental hygiene practice was terrible. I also made a paste of this powder and applied it to my gums every night for 1 week and also brushed with tooth powder 3 times a day. The clove in the formula really helps soothe irritated gums so I loved it. Being aggressive and consistent is herbalism. Within 2 weeks my gums were pinker than they were when I was 9 years old. (Now I'm 27). My tooth has started to move back into its original position (tooth displaced due to loose gums, an abscess and damage from a motorbike accident which made it even looser, lucky guy!), my gums aren't itchy and my teeth are 3 shades whiter .
