Well maybe it was something like the dead skin removal that you get when you start a new acne medication how it removes all the impurities to get rid of it so it can actually heal but I won't know for sure as I hastily sent it back before considering such a possibility. However, the customer support team is very nice and helpful and tried very hard to solve the problem.
