The engine was installed and working, but in reverse. The up button lowers the window. My mechanic at the auto shop told me to go back so he could try to figure out the problem. It took me a couple of weeks to get back into the store. I've been told that it appears the elevator motor has an internal wiring issue and that the internal wires are reversed. It turns out I can't return the engine as the return period was one month.
