Review on PRYSM Bake Element Replacement for WB44T10010 by Caleb Quade

While it doesn't EXACTLY match the design of the original element, I trusted Revain's recommendation that it would fit our oven. Guess what? It happened! The replacement was surprisingly easy - two screws in the cover (unscrew the damn thing first!). I had to remove the back panel to replace the clips with a new item. To do this, five additional screws had to be removed. Oh the screws were 1/4 heads, so easy! And I didn't bother removing the oven door as some have suggested. You'll be working from the side, so you'll likely have easy access to everything. I place my phone on the brazier element so I can use its flashlight to illuminate my work.
