This rack looks sturdy but I can't tell if it will fit me as it was sent open and the box is torn. I am very upset with this purchase. Even after all that I don't want to return it until my husband can look at it and maybe pull some screws from his stash to fix it as other reviews say the straps were broken when they got theirs! I'm afraid it will be worse if they send me a 'new' one as I'm not sure they're even sending me a new one but a broken frame previously sent back! Amazon usually ships well-packaged items, but this is the second packaging issue I've had in the past few weeks. Says it fits my Buick Terraza if it helps anyone but I can't test it! update when I get it working. ****** Update ****** I changed from 1 star to 4 because my husband was able to supply the missing bolts and it works on my van! Wooooooooooooo! So happy after all that was said and done. The straps didn't come loose while riding and held three of our four bikes with enough room for a fourth, but we didn't have to carry it. I can easily take it off and put it on myself. Was annoyed by this problem but am happy enough now. I'll try to upload a photo.
