Review on πŸ–₯️ High-Quality 3.5 Inch Raspberry Pi 4 Touch Screen with HDMI, TFT LCD Mini Display and Stylus Pen for Pi 4 B, 3 B+ by Donald Blasko

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Good value for money. does the job.

It was really nice that they included an SD card with a fully working operating system and drivers installed. I started by using my existing SD and installing their drivers from their website. The screen does what I want. I needed this for a character mode terminal emulator. In the X Windows GUI, it is too small to be used as a desktop as it only shows part of the desktop. The settings bar is too big and you don't see the OK button. (Hint: Press Alt-O to press OK.) . It is what it is and you should be aware of that if you decide to go with a 3.5-inch screen. My only concern is that sending the Pi's output to the screen requires an HDMI-to-HDMI connector (which is included). Cap. See the blue arrow in the photo. The problem is that you have to modify the Pi's body by cutting a hole with a Dremel tool. I think I can live with that, but that was the only reason I gave it 4/5 stars for its ease of assembly.
