Love my paddle board - as long as it lasted

Update: After the THIRD use I noticed a hole in the side of the board. Very disappointing. Will have to return. I bought this board because I read great reviews on bic paddle boards, the design was amazing and the price was almost $200 off list price - nobody had a better price and faster shipping than Revain. Since I don't live on a lake and don't have a truck, inflatable SUPs are best for me. Let's start with the only thing I didn't like. I was a little disappointed with how big the backpack is. The board is 10ft 6" but I've seen other similarly sized boards that are much more compact when folded up. The first time I emptied it, it literally took me 10 times to put it back in my pocket. Part of the problem is that air enters the nose of the board, so you have to start at the tail so you can push the remaining air out of the board as you fold it. The tail is because of the 3 fins (the middle one is detachable) so you don't have to roll it up but fold it up, which is why it's not that compact. It feels like you're trying to close an overstuffed suitcase and I worry the zippers might fail. The backpack is not clear. and the shoulder straps are ridiculously flimsy for a backpack designed to carry small, heavy materials. At $949, the Bic definitely needs a backpack upgrade. for the compressor. I have no shoulder strength and can raise it to 15psi in about 7 minutes. it's awesome! And once inflated, it was very easy to carry using the inside center handle on the front of the board. I could easily carry it with one hand. At 6 inches thick, this board glides effortlessly across the water's surface without any flex in the middle. Most people don't even know it's an inflatable boat when they ask. The 10ft 6in board is great for yoga and fitness. There are 4 D-rings and a bungee cord to keep gear close to the nose of the board and for me it's the perfect spot. suitable for paddling or yoga, and there is also a space for your dog. The tail also has a larger D-ring for your leash, which is useful for elastics. The board is a bit slower due to its 33" width. but I'm not a racer so that suits me. I can row pretty fast and turn easily. Again the board is very stable so it's great for a beginner or for yoga. The lake was very choppy the other day and I was fine. I even slipped and fell once because my foot got stuck and I actually fell straight onto the board. I was expecting to fall into the water but the board didn't move or lean one iota and I stayed completely dry.I love that there is a detachable center fin which makes it easier to turn but adds some drag.Because the center fin is detachable you can customize your ride I've only had the board for a week but so far so good This is a quality board and not a single scratch on it yet I feel the quality hasn't let me down leaves and have had this board for a long time.
