I like this food slicer. I'm 32 years old and I love Velveeta cheese. I've always had problems with rotary cutters and there's always cheese sticking to the knife! Until now! This slicer is ideal for hard and soft cheese. All you have to do is a quick rinse in the sink and it's ready for next time! No more searching for sliced cheese in the sink! Too bad I didn't find this 20 years ago. You can get thin or thick slices just by turning them over. No need to adjust the screws and try to install the roller head even with wire! Although I received this item at a reduced price for an honest review, this slicer has changed the way I cut cheese. forever and ever!
