Very helpful customer support & excellent system

I like that they are very good at what you need them for (magnetic ticketing). Customer service has been great! They're fast with sending replacements when needed but don't always have an answer if it's something simple or not clear how certain parts of their software work - which can be frustrating sometimes as we've had cases where someone else was able fix our issues quickly instead only because he/she understood more about some part than us :/. Good product overall though!! We use magnetic tickets both internally within my workplace AND externally throughout all departments who require access into buildings without using keys etc.. It makes life easier by removing key cards from employees' pockets so there isn’t any room left over once other things such security passes come out along side your employee badge too make sure this fits everyone needs before purchasing :) The software has been very easy to use and works well with our existing database of tickets. We are able to add new ticket types quickly and easily. It's not as user friendly for someone who isn't familiar with the software, but it doesn't take long to learn how to navigate. Great product! They have helped us improve our overall ticketing process by adding features that we didn't know were missing.

  • They can be easy to lose in the system, as it's easy for an employee to forget where they put a ticket they need to retrieve for a customer
