WOW! AKS WHAT DID YOU DO? They didn't change the formula well
After years of using this product and loving the premise and thickness, now after my second try on the 2nd batch the shampoo is 1/2 thick and flows out of mine Hand like water practically does not leave hair dry easily. I'm sure it was a cost saving measure but don't change my shampoo, I'd happily pay a little more to keep the same quality I used to love and the thickness so sad. I'm sure if you contact them they will say there hasn't been a change, but I've noticed that some products have reduced their quality, just by raising the price you've lost a loyal customer.
