I like the taste of Cardio Heart Health Supplement. Because of the main ingredients (5000 mg L-arginine and 1000 mg L-citrulline) it is worth the money. In addition, there are many other nutrients that allow me to reduce the amount of individual supplements I currently take. I've only been taking this cardio product for a few weeks so I can't speak of any health improvements yet, but I'm hoping it will lower my blood pressure, lower my heart rate and improve circulation in a few months. But now I look forward to drinking it first thing in the morning along with 600mg of maritime pine bark. I take Cardio Heart Health and my blood pressure has definitely improved. I can't say for sure if it's because of this drink or not because I also take a few other supplements to try and control my blood pressure. However, I find this to be an exceptional supplement that provides the nutrients my heart needs. It still tastes great, is easier to take than pills and is full of the vitamins and minerals I need. I have just recently reordered 3 more Cardio Heart Health containers and plan to continue. Highly recommended.
