Shelves arrived very well packaged. The brackets were already attached, so only a towel rail had to be installed. The towel rail is quite light and has small screws for attachment, so it is not suitable for hanging heavy objects. There are no instructions, but everything is intuitive. Mark the spot, drill holes, drive in dowels and screws and hang the shelf. For the installation I needed a pencil, a screwdriver, a spirit level, a drill and a hammer. The surfaces on the shelves are very rough, but that's okay. They are small but ideal for installation over the toilet. Wide enough to hold a box of Kleenex tissues and extra toilet paper. In general I am very happy with them.
