I love these stretchy guys! Deep pockets plus a small hidden pocket to keep keys or cash safe. They appear to be well stitched, right down to the sashes. I annoyed my partner by doing kicks and deep lunges, squats and stretches in front of her around the house to show how stretchy those damn shorts are. I bought them because I needed comfortable shorts to play golf in a dress that short. I feel like a person can do almost anything in these shorts. I'm very glad they don't have an insert but if you need one then there isn't one. They're definitely good enough to wear to the shop or to a casual lunch. Depending on what you combine them with, you can also opt for a nicer everyday look. I like that they aren't stupid lowriders - the tip of the very comfortable tape reaches to my navel. I've tried lowering them a bit just to see and if that's your jam they come in handy for that too. The fabric has a double-layered feel, it's durable but not heavy or thick. The full size pockets are just amazing. WONDER! I'm a remodeler and frankly, the mismatch of bags in this world is ridiculous. These bags cost half the price of my own height of 5ft 5in and paired with a very active but full 150#. make me look like a navy blue boudin I would recommend this to everyone. I've already signed back for the long pant version because it's cold now and I'd like to be in stretchy comfort.
