High quality door handle. I looked for cheaper doorknobs but settled on this one (actually bought 2). Good padding. The instructions are good but not as good on how to switch the handle to a left or right handle door. When ordering it would be a good idea to specify which orientation you require. Otherwise, 50% of buyers spend 5-15 minutes figuring it out and then changing the pen orientation. There was a little "play" in the handle that alarmed me at first. Just great to use. I think it takes a little extra movement to be able to use a straight pin to change orientation.
