One of 5 defective switches

The switch is easy to use and install. 1 switch was torn from the packaging. If you press the button, it will not appear again. For the button to appear, you need to press something hard. The other 4 switches work fine. Luckily it only took me 3 to complete my project. It would be nice if a different switch worked for future projects.
