I had high hopes for this radio based on the amount of positive feedback it has received. I have a Tahoe, everything is Bose. I hated the default radio so that was the only thing I changed. I went through a few I hated renovating the interior, I wanted a radio that wasn't that difficult to use, the last one had such a bright light that wouldn't turn off so I bought this one. The radio screen and controls work fine but this radio tone came and went, now only 1 speaker of my 6 bose speakers works and my bose subwoofer stopped working, this radio blew out all my speakers. I contacted support and kept walking, I think they're trying to skip the 90 day guarantee to do nothing, they asked for a photo, the emails won't let me, so here I have it inserted. This radio apparently lacked the wire that Chevy says it needs, so my Bose amp blew up, killing my speakers and transmitter. If you still have the factory system, avoid this radio, it costs more in the long run.
