These simply do not do the job.
They continually work their way up and out of the shoe. A real pain to deal with. These were a total waste of my money as they did not provide even a modicum of relief of my pain.
- Have used these for over 30 years. Great for high impact sports like tennis.
- They shift out of place in all my shoes.
