Good product for my opinion

The product fits well in shoes. When I exercise I have to put them inside of my socks to stay in place. The only problem I have is when you clean them, they don't smell like they are clean.

An extra layer of comfort!

Seriously, these are amazing! My son is an all around athlete was having problems with what he kept saying was his ankle. It ended up being his heel. Needless to say these cups have been a blessing. Not once has he complained since these were recommended.

These simply do not do the job.

They continually work their way up and out of the shoe. A real pain to deal with. These were a total waste of my money as they did not provide even a modicum of relief of my pain.

  • Have used these for over 30 years. Great for high impact sports like tennis.
Cons
  • They shift out of place in all my shoes.

Feet don't hurt good for me

I am on my feet 6 hours a day. I noticed my heels were hurting a ton. Have been using for a couple weeks and noticed a difference the first time I wore them. Amazed how something so simple could make that big of difference.

Pros
  • Helped me heal my bruised heel. Light weight and fits in every shoe. Pain is gone but I still use

  • Seemed a little flimsey. Also, cumbersome wearing with socks and sneakers.

Tried and true.: my feedback

Bought these for heel pain around 15 years ago-still have that pair and are still in good shape. Recently bought new pairs because my husband was having heel pain. Using these heel cups in combination with a supportive foot pad is a recipe for heel pain relief. Downside: the cups are too deep for dress shoes and they are not attractive, but once your foot is in the shoe-nobody sees them.

  • May not provide sufficient relief for severe plantar fasciitis cases

Too bulky for comfort

Wanted them for heel pain however too bulky to use. Found some much better inserts in my local medical center pharmacy which were well priced.

  • Have worn the product consistently since 1991 after developed painful ' flat feet' planter fasciitis.
Cons
  • Didn’t like these purchased stronger one.

Does help heel pain

Helps my sons Severes Disease! Cleats chew his heels up & cause a lot of inflammation. Ordered 2 pair, one for daily shoes and second for cleats. He didn’t use them one day and heel pain returned. Recommended by his foot doc. 4 stars due to the sides being flimsy.

Comfort at LAST in my review

Podiatry doctor recommended and AMAZON had so I ordered and came next day. Wonderful purchase because my heel pain is GONE while I'm on my feet 8 hours and I'm very happy with purchase ! I bought for planter fasciitis/bone spur in heel area.

Invaluable theraputic appliances

My wife has for many years thought that she had a bad case of Plantar Fasciitis. After her doctor recommended these, she's never had a problem again. If you think you have Plantar Fasciitis you should consult your doctor and get some of these. I assure you they could change your life.
