I installed this kit on a 2002 Silverado with a 4.3 liter engine, the cover and rotor were acceptable, my only complaint was the bolts. The head bolts are flangeless so alignment is a bit more difficult than the original bolts, and the thread pitch of the head bolts was wrong, which isn't a big deal as long as you can keep your original bolts. .UPDATED So after about 4000 miles I had a terrible misfire, after investigating the problem I found that the center boss on the rotor was broken. (see pic) Maybe an odd deal, maybe a measure of quality, the engine wouldn't stop or let me run, but I expected a little more life from this part than I got.
