Review on 💧 iSpring F22 75 Replacement 5-Stage Filtration System by Charles Barney

I've had an RCC7 reverse osmosis system for a few years and I'm very happy with it. Delicious, crystal clear drinking water. It actually worked so well that I didn't bother changing the filters until almost 2 years later! Oops. I ordered this supply set for 3 years and 4 out of 5 filters were replaced in no time; However, when I ordered the real system and then the replacement filters, iSpring redesigned them (for the better, may I add) and one of the new filters didn't fit my system where it was supposed to be compatible. . I contacted iSpring and spoke to Nick. He immediately answered all my questions and talked about the exchange. It seems that the new part (which is a quick release part, not a threaded and taped part) was supposed to come with a spares kit, but for some reason it didn't. He then shipped it across the country for free and it was at my door in about 2 days. Once I had it, installing the new (and frankly more user-friendly) part was pretty easy. It was sticky a little more than other quick connectors, probably because of the corners, but it was a bit of a chore that only needed to be addressed once a year. I briefly considered giving it a 4 star rating due to this tiny issue and also not even getting the updated part, but decided to give 5 stars for the following reasons: 1) 4/5 - it's 80% and even with a once a year tiny hassle, I still feel this product is AT LEAST 95% or more, and 2) there are errors in shipping, manufacturing, etc. They happen to every company in every industry. The test at this point is how they respond to it. Some places charged me $5 plus shipping each or might not answer the phone or email. iSpring resolved the issue quickly, courteously, and efficiently, and this level of customer service means a lot to me. Overall, this product (and the original system it was designed for) is excellent, and the company has impeccable customer service. I will definitely be buying again (hopefully in 3 years!) and will be recommending iSpring to all my family and friends for their water treatment needs.
