Nose plant dog pose!

This is not a good yoga mat- not sticky enough for hands to stay in place during dog pose! Nor does it stick well on the floor (which is the whole point of a yoga mat. It is quite thick so likely would be a good mat for working out with nice cushioning from the hard floor (thick), but misses the mark for a yoga mat. Seems durable. I bought two - opened and tried the one so will be returning the other one!
