Doesn't work on my Janome 4300-QDC

They look high quality and will likely last a long time. While they are supposed to fit the Janome sewing machine, the needle hole sits too far forward when attached, causing the machine's needle to hit the metal directly behind. This is the second app (one from another vendor) that says it works on Janome but not on my Janome QDC-4300.
