I use it with a 1/4" mini pocket sized Neiko ratchet screwdriver and a set of bits to adjust small things on my bike that connect with an Allen wrench screws. I can adjust the handlebar rotation, adjust the seat post and even remove the sprocket bolts (although I should have used a sprocket wrench). Even after getting stuck in my bike's sprocket bolts, the bit held up well. The ratcheting mechanism is very convenient and eliminates many of the hassles of re-attaching the hex wrench in hard-to-reach places. It even comes with a 1/4" adapter.
