I bought these after doing a little research on pans that don't warp or bend easily as our last set was badly warped. First, these are heavy pans, and I immediately took that as a good sign. We've used ours several times a week and so far none of them have bent, warped or changed shape in any way. I've also found that our food cooks much faster and more evenly in these pans than our old ones. There is a slight discoloration that will appear on the surface after a few uses, but that doesn't bother me too much as long as they continue to perform as they are used to. I would happily buy them again and have recommended some of my cooking friends to do the same.
