They fit my tall and very thin boy perfectly. Most pants are not tight enough even with ties at the waist. These are knit almost without tying. A good length too. They may fit a medium sized child, but the waist may be too narrow for a larger child. My son wears a size 8 and a size 140 was the best in the waist and just enough length for the size. Best for skinny guys in my opinion
