Not sure if this is any better than a shower gel or shampoo
I bought this as a shampoo - mainly because it is sulphate free. However, it smells SO good, which is why I was tempted to use it as a body wash. It left my skin hydrated and "comfortable" (winter makes my "60+" skin dry and uncomfortable). After using it I expected it to weigh my hair down but it doesn't. It leaves it soft and light. Since I couldn't decide whether to use it as a shampoo or body wash, I just went with both. And i love it. I really like this product.! Will i buy it again? I already have it.
