Arrived quickly and only cost ten dollars, quality screws included. The BMW OEM replacement was nearly $50 excluding shipping and didn't include any screws. However, I am very picky about ONLY using BMW parts, but the difference in price and the insignificance of the part itself made me choose this option. I'm glad I did. It doesn't have the four rubber bumpers that the OEM does, but it's well made and really isn't needed. You swap the bumpers for the cost and the included screws/washers/tools. Someone noticed that there is no instruction, but it is not needed. There is a picture on the listing and you can see the writing on the back of the plate can be upside down if you place it incorrectly. So if you're reasonably savvy, you can figure it out - no guide needed. The washers between the license plate itself and this holder can be tricky as the washers keep slipping over you. I gave up and just put the washers between the screw and the plate (outside). I'll get it right when I have a little more patience and get my unique number in the mail from the DMV. Buy this. I'm special and I was determined to return it, thinking it wouldn't be as good as the OEM, but it's ok.
