Review on Premium Quality: J.K. 🌟 Adams Large Reversible Maple Carving Board by Kristina Brooks

I'm a carpenter so maybe I'm picky but I found the finish a bit rough. There was roughness at the ends and rounded parts of the grooves that I will never miss in my workshop. I spent about 10 minutes on 220 grit sandpaper to smooth it out. The board is also ideal for carving meat. I cut up something really tasty here and didn't even come close to filling up. Good solid maple, has knife marks but I expect it to last a lifetime. I really like the bird notch on the other side, I used it to carve some chickens and it works like a charm. Can't wait for Thanksgiving to chop up a big turkey. There is only one star deduction for the fact that it had to be sanded a bit. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
