The product is great, my daughter liked it for Christmas. I had problems with the delivery, that was their UPS was stolen while I was only five minutes out, I called UPS, they gave me a lot of problems, I contacted the seller, the seller contacted UPS to file a claim, without any at all Hearing from UPS, they approved and sent me a new speaker. I give the seller a 10 star rating and will definitely buy products from them again. The customer service was absolutely fantastic!
