I have had many wireless bluetooth speakers over the years and this one is just amazing. It produces incredible sounds and even bass in a small size. You can use party mode for a second by playing 2 speakers at the same time.

Great sound! The Flip 4 had a voice assistant, this model didn't. However, I suspect the voice assistant required a mobile device with Siri or Google installed anyway, so it worked more as a speakerphone than the built-in Google/Alexa/Siri/Cortana assistant.

The speaker sounds fantastic! More durable than Flip 4. Great bass and volume. My battery life is good. I only have to charge the speaker every 2 weeks and use it A LOT. My only complaint is that the Bluetooth and power buttons are very close together, which is why I sometimes press the Bluetooth button when trying to turn it on. overall great speaker

We have had the previous version of this JBL model for a number of years now. Long enough to make me decide to buy the latest version of this design when the first one failed. I still have Boston Acoustic HD9 bookshelves from the early '90s, but they don't punch like mobile Bluetooth. You have to stand up or it rolls, that's my only problem. Given the compactness, this is good for the sound. Powerful enough for our purposes.

I bought this to replace a portable smart speaker that was having Wi-Fi connection issues around the house. So far I'm very happy with the sound quality and battery life.
