Better than factory replacement air filter.
Easy to fit and fits my 2015 VW MK7 GTI perfectly. I found a video on the internet showing how to do it. Takes about 5 minutes if you are very careful. This filter contains activated carbon. It filters out odors and other things better than a standard air filter, but you may need to change it more often. I am attaching a photo of the filter after about 10,000 miles / 1.5 years of metropolitan use. He caught a lot of dusty debris/pollen/seeds! Glad I have this filter!
