Before you pick up this product. We had a problem with a musty smell, poor air pressure and inconsistent temperatures from the vents of our Volkswagen Atlas. This filter was easy to install and solved all of our problems right away. The air quality in the car is now excellent, the temperature blows cool in the hot summer heat, and the air speed flowing through the vents has improved significantly.

Easy to fit and fits my 2015 VW MK7 GTI perfectly. I found a video on the internet showing how to do it. Takes about 5 minutes if you are very careful. This filter contains activated carbon. It filters out odors and other things better than a standard air filter, but you may need to change it more often. I am attaching a photo of the filter after about 10,000 miles / 1.5 years of metropolitan use. He caught a lot of dusty debris/pollen/seeds! Glad I have this filter!

High quality filter with lots of pleats/filter material. The last filter I bought lasted the advertised 15,000 miles.
