Review on Spearhead Premium Breathe Filter Activated Replacement Parts made as Filters by Douglas Hall

The factory filter that came with the car was excellent at removing contaminants, including the heavy exhaust fumes from older cars that were almost invisible with the bypass switch on. On my last visit to the service, the original was replaced with something like a cheap generic. The filter had maybe 8 pleats which I think results in a lot less available surface area for contaminant trapping and it didn't appear to have a carbon layer. This filter is very similar to the photo and closer to what was originally installed. tightly folded with what appears to be a layer of carbon on one side. So far it has worked very well and really seems to get the job done.
