I like that it allows me to track my claim status throughout the lifecycle. It also saves me time when dealing with clients. The user interface could be improved. The software should provide an option to print documents such as bills directly from the system. When you are handling large sets of claims, this tool makes it easier to process them quickly and accurately. It helps us process claims quicker and accurately.
