Review on 🐾 Convenient Storage and Comfortable Transport: Introducing the Deluxe Soft Crate for Pets with Storage Case by Amber Chavez

Very disappointed with this product. I never write reviews but this time I have to make sure no dog owner puts their dog through what I did to mine - I should have learned my lesson after the 3rd edition and never used a crate again. Here is my documented log and how long I had the box and what problems I had. I ordered at the end of May 2014 and have only used it 4 times since purchase. Every time I used a softbox, I had something broken on that box. 1st time I used the problem (June 2014) - The pocket where you can carry the drawer broke the zipper. This time I thought there was no point in sending it back as the box worked fine. The second time the problem was used (August 2014) - the zipper at the top of the kennel broke. Again, I was able to fit it where I thought it would be pointless to send it back because of the size of the kennel, the inconvenience, etc. The third time (November 2014) one of the attachment bars is on top of the kennel: the piece of plastic holding one of the bars together has broken off. I was on a trip where I had no choice but to use duck tape to fix the problem. Edition used for the fourth time (February 2015) is the last edition that prompted me to write this review. After fixing all of this, on a trip with my dog where she was confined for only 3 hours. When I came back to release it; found her shaking out of her drawer. The crate collapsed completely and she must have been very frightened because she then gnawed through the bars in the front of the crate. She is over 3 years old and has never chewed anything since she was a puppy. When I contacted the seller regarding this, he informed me that my 60 day warranty had expired and that I should contact the manufacturer regarding the defective product. . There was never any understanding that not everyone uses these padded boxes "daily" to back a 60 day guarantee. So my next step is to contact the manufacturer to see if I can get some sort of refund. I want to bring this to your attention as I read these Amazon reviews all the time before I buy anything as I know they can help you. to decide what to buy.
